1933 Red Wine Demi Filet
6oz filet, red wine reduction demi glaze, paired with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus.
1933 Hunters Chicken
Sautéed chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms and chicken velouté, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.
1933 Balsamic Glaze Salmon
Salmon drizzled with balsamic sauce, paired with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus.
1933 Bourbon BBQ Burger
Half-pound patty, bacon, melted cheddar, bourbon onion jam and house sauce. Garnished with lettuce, tomato and pickles. Served with onion rings.
1933 Old Fashioned
Barrel-aged bourbon, orange twist, Luxardo cherry — no shortcuts. A nod to 1933, the year Prohibition ended.
